Gliding Over Toxic Chasms on N'Erud

N'Erud was always the most intimidating world in Remnant II—a desolate techno-crypt hovering at the edge of a black hole. In The Dark Horizon, Gunfire Games adds immense verticality, allowing travelers to pilot alien glider pods over glowing toxic ravines and ancient agricultural towers.

The new traversal mechanic reveals hidden dungeons, puzzles, and secret boss arenas suspended high above the poisonous planetary mist.

  • The Warden Archetype: Deploys an autonomous drone companion that can shield allies, heal party members, or barrage enemies with laser fire.
  • The Prism Progression System: Allows players to feed relics into a prismatic matrix to create customized endgame passive perk loadouts.
  • New Boss Aberrations: Terrifying bio-mechanical constructs that challenge your dodge timing and elemental resistances.

“The Dark Horizon is our biggest DLC yet. The glider mechanic completely changes how players explore, and the Warden provides unparalleled solo survival.”

The Boss Rush Free Update

Alongside the paid DLC, Gunfire Games deployed a free Boss Rush game mode accessible from the World Stone in Ward 13. Players can challenge a gauntlet of 3, 7, or 19 randomized bosses with escalating difficulty modifiers to earn rare corrupted shards and weapons.
